Brad Yeager | Founder & CEO
EcomExit founder Brad Yeager has significant experience in all aspects of building and managing ecommerce business as well as traditional business brokerage experience. Yeager has a double major in History and Philosophy from Texas A&M University, is an active member of both the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), and holds the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation. Yeager is part of the Web Analytics Association and is currently working towards the Award of Achievement in Web Analytics from the University of British Columbia.

Doug Tough | Co-Founder & COO
Co-Founder Doug Tough has been enthralled by technology since high school where he built and sold computers. Tough earned a BA in Business from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas with an emphasis in business administration and entrepreneurship (May 2009). Tough is an active member in the Web Analytics Association and the IBBA, and is also on track to obtain his CBI designation.
